These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "Terms & Conditions") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Member", "you", or "your") and Mega88 (hereinafter referred to as "Mega88", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at mega88.casa (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "Website").

To register an Account with Mega88 and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. All activities conducted through your Account — regardless of who performs them — are your sole responsibility.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, including friends or family members.
• You must not permit any other individual to access or use your Account for any purpose.

• You should use a strong, unique password and avoid reusing passwords from other platforms.
• Mega88 will never request your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

Mega88 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts held in the same name as the registered Mega88 Account.

• Mega88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, which may temporarily delay processing.

Mega88 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or technical issues beyond our direct control.

Mega88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus offers are available to members aged 21 and above only.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.

All bets placed on the Mega88 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category — including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, sports betting (covering EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events), lottery, and arcade titles.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Mega88 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets under ordinary circumstances.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, all affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Account at Mega88's sole discretion.
• Mega88 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at erroneous odds, or where the outcome was known or could reasonably be known at the time of placement.
• For live sports betting, bets placed after an event has concluded or where a significant event has occurred (e.g., a goal scored) but has not yet been reflected in the odds feed will be voided.
• The house edge and RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are provided by the respective game studios and are independently verifiable. Mega88 does not alter RTP settings on individual member accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mega88 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Mega88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in such activities, and to void all associated bets and forfeit all balances where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence applications, or any other form of technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or sports betting markets to influence game outcomes or exploit betting structures.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any activity that constitutes financial fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to accrue credits, winnings, or advantages not legitimately earned.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with Mega88 staff or systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward Mega88 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

All content on the Mega88 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, logos, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Mega88 or its respective licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Mega88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mega88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, even if Mega88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In particular, Mega88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Financial losses arising from gambling decisions made by Members on the Platform. Gambling carries inherent financial risk and all bets are placed at the Member's own discretion.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions, including Malaysian banks and e-wallet operators.

Mega88's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Mega88 is committed to protecting your personal data and handling all Member information in accordance with applicable data protection principles. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to Mega88 collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes identity information, transaction records, device data, and communications records where relevant to the provision of our services and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Mega88 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its members. Gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment — not as a means of generating income or relieving financial stress. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account.

Mega88 may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines — in its sole discretion — that you have breached any provision of these Terms, have engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, any real-money balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you following completion of applicable verification and security checks, except where the balance relates to funds that are subject to investigation or potential forfeiture under these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

Should good-faith negotiation fail to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of one party notifying the other of the dispute in writing, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the jurisdiction of Mega88's registered operations. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Mega88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or prevent irreparable harm.
